Will I be provided with Pen or Pencil or Other Stationaries?

Yes, during your Paper-based IELTS, you will be provided with stationaries such as Pencil, Rubber, and Sharpener. In case, you bring these from home, they will be taken away at the entrance for security purposes. Apart from the ID document, no other personal belongings are allowed in the exam hall.

Can I write or highlight in the IELTS Question Booklet?

Yes, for sure. In fact, you are recommended to do so to find answers. You can scribble, underline, highlight, or make notes in your Question Booklet.

Can I use a Pen for the Paper-based IELTS test?

Yes, you can use a Pen for the IELTS Writing test. But it is recommended to use a Pencil for the test. It gives more clarity, neatness, re-written, and can be erased if needed. Also, use CAPITAL words for the Listening and Reading test for better clarity.
